On Saturday November 29th we will be traveling to DelCastle Technical High School in Wilmington, Delaware for a combined practice/scrimmage. All wrestlers need to be at Penncrest by 8:20am.

First Day of Practice!

Well, how was the first day of practice? What's good?

ATTENTION WRESTLERS...

• Practice begins Monday November 17th at 3:00pm.  
  
• All wrestlers must have a hydration test and physical on file before being permitted to practice.  
  
• Physical forms are available on the Penncrest Athletics website and fall athletes need only to fill out section 5 re-certification.
